The LBMS volleyball teams traveled to Travis last night to take on the Mustangs. Lake won 3 out of the 4 matches on the night. The 7B team had an impressive victory, winning in two sets with scores of 10-25 and 25-16. The girls came out strong, taking control early in the match and showcasing their dominance on the court. Kinley Pitts earned the title of Player of the Game for her outstanding performance. 8B came out strong in the first set winning 25-15. The second set started off a little slower and stayed close the entire set with the Broncos pulling out he win 25-23. Bella Neels had another strong serving performance to start the match. The entire team did a good job getting the win. In the 7A game, the Broncos won the first set 25-7, but Travis took the second set 25-11. The Broncos and the Mustangs battled it out in the third and final set with the Mustangs winning 15-10. In the final match of the night, the 8A started off the first set in control winning 25-10. The second set was much closer, but Lake came away with the victory 25-21.
