LBMS 7TH GRADE FOOTBALL RESULTS

Lake Bronco Silver Dominate Bonham Bulldogs 36-8 In a thrilling middle school football matchup, the Lake Belton Broncos stampeded to a commanding 36-8 victory over the Bonham Bulldogs on Monday evening. The Broncos showcased a well-rounded performance on both sides of the ball, overpowering their opponents and making a strong statement. Leading the charge on offense was running back Ke'Andre Bradley, whose speed and agility kept the Bulldogs’ defense on their heels all night. Bradley racked up impressive yardage with multiple breakaway runs, often slipping through tackles and finding daylight for crucial gains. His vision on the field and ability to hit holes in the defense were instrumental in the Broncos’ ground game, consistently moving the chains and controlling the pace of the game. Quarterback Harrison Fryar also had a standout performance, guiding the offense with poise and precision. Fryar was sharp in the passing game, delivering accurate throws under pressure, and making key decisions when it counted. His connection with his receivers helped the Broncos capitalize on scoring opportunities, as he marched the team down the field for multiple touchdowns. Fryar’s leadership was evident as he kept the offense focused and on track throughout the game. On the defensive side, Wyatt Bullard was a force to be reckoned with, anchoring the Broncos' defense and delivering hard-hitting tackles that stifled the Bulldogs' offensive momentum. Bullard was all over the field, disrupting plays in the backfield and shutting down Bonham’s attempts to establish any rhythm. His relentless pursuit and tenacity made it difficult for the Bulldogs to gain any traction, forcing turnovers and limiting their scoring chances. The Broncos’ defense as a whole was relentless, consistently pressuring Bonham’s quarterback and keeping their running backs bottled up. The Bulldogs managed to score earlier in the game, but the Broncos’ lead the charge throughout the game. With this win, the Lake Belton Broncos start their season off strong, thanks to key performances from players like Bradley, Fryar, and Bullard. The team’s balance on both offense and defense makes them a formidable opponent for anyone they face. The Broncos will look to carry this momentum into their next matchup, as they aim to continue their winning ways. Team MVP: Harrison Fryar and Ke'Andre Bradley Lake Bronco Red Fall in Home Opener, 24-6 The Lake Belton Middle School Broncos kicked off their football season at home with high hopes but fell short in a tough 24-6 loss against a strong opponent, the Bonham Bulldogs.
