Running back Michael Navarro also contributed with several strong runs, helping Lake move the ball against the Bonham defense. Defensively, Lake Red was led by Ethan Copeland, Luke Johnson, and Kellen Maybin, who worked hard to slow down Bonham’s offense and keep the team in the game. Lake Red will close out its season next week against South Belton Middle School.
