The Lake 7th grade Red Team pulled out a nail-biting victory over Bonham Red on Wednesday night, securing a 25–24 win in a game that came down to the final moments. Offensively, Lake showcased a balanced attack. Greg Hemm and Jonah Kellough led the way with 6 points apiece, providing steady scoring throughout the matchup. Isaak Sebek added 3 points, while Giovanni Terry, Chris Humphrey, Braxton Kukulski, Colin McKinney, and Zayne Tanner each chipped in 2 points to round out the team effort. On the defensive side, Lake relied on strong performances from Gregory Hemm, Zayne Tanner, Isaak Sebek, and Jonah Kellough. Their energy and pressure helped Lake hold Bonham in check when it mattered most. The Lake 7th grade Silver Team secured a big win on Wednesday night, defeating Bonham Silver 34–29 in a competitive and spirited matchup. Lake’s offense was paced by Kingston Cory, who led all scorers with 9 points. Brody Rosenbaum and Bowen Williams each added 6 points, giving the Broncos steady production across the lineup. Jace Moon followed with 5 points, while Jadrien Torres contributed 4. Jonathan Dwyer and Andrew Phillips rounded out the scoring with 2 points apiece. On the defensive end, Lake Silver showed toughness and hustle throughout the game. The team was anchored by the strong play of Kevin Saunders, Jace Moon, Andrew Phillips, Bowen Williams, and Brody Rosenbaum, who helped secure key stops to preserve the victory. Both teams will be back in action on Wednesday, December 10th , when they travel to take on South Belton Middle School.
